Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins, dark
  • golden
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa
  • carob powder

Instructions

  1. Grind together dates, raisins, cocoa (or carob powder), walnuts and sunflower seeds in a food processor or meat grinder.
  2. Press the mixture into 24 small balls.
  3. Roll in the ground nuts.
  4. Store in an airtight container.
