Ingredients

  • 1 yellow squash
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. In nonstick skillet, saute 1 chopped onion in 1 teaspoon oil until tender, about 3 minutes.
  2. Add squash, halved lengthwise; add zucchini, sliced crosswise; saute until tender, about 4 minutes. Season with dried oregano, salt and pepper.
