- In nonstick skillet, saute 1 chopped onion in 1 teaspoon oil until tender, about 3 minutes.
- Add squash, halved lengthwise; add zucchini, sliced crosswise; saute until tender, about 4 minutes. Season with dried oregano, salt and pepper.
