Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 yellow squash, shredded
  • 1 minced onion
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 pkg. stuffing mix
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Bake in 13-inch oblong pan for 35 to 45 minutes at 350°.
  3. Reheats well.
