Ingredients

  • 1 c. lime juice
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 2 qt. ginger ale
  • 1 qt. lime sherbet
  • thin slices of lime

Instructions

  1. Mix lime juice and light corn syrup in a bowl.
  2. Add lime sherbet to the mixture.
  3. Pour chilled ginger ale over the sherbet mixture and let it soften.
  4. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Add thin slices of lime for garnish.
