Staked Fish

Instructions
- Make a point on one end of a cut green stick (not oleander).
- For each fish, choose a stick about 4 inches longer than the fish.
- Tie the fish to the stick at both the head and gills with the head toward the pointed end.
- Push the stick into the ground next to the coals with the head touching the ground.
- Grill the fish for 10 minutes.
