Ingredients

  • 4 flounder fillets
  • pepper
  • salt
  • paprika
  • flour
  • margarine or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Place two slices of Swiss cheese on each fillet.
  4. Cover with the remaining fillets to form sandwiches.
  5. Lightly flour the fillets and sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Dot the top with butter or margarine.
  7. Bake for at least 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
