Steak Calzone

- Roll dough into a 12-inch circle.
- Fry the breakfast steak with diced onion until cooked, then drain.
- On half of the dough circle, spread ricotta cheese with a dash of black pepper.
- Place the cooked steak on top of the ricotta.
- Add drained mushrooms over the steak.
- Sprinkle shredded Provolone cheese over the mushrooms.
- Fold the other half of the dough over to form a half-moon shape, sealing the edges firmly.
- Sprinkle flour on top of the calzone.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
