Instructions
- Prepare the steak as for frying and brown it in a small amount of oil.
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish with Pam.
- Cover the bottom of the dish with sliced onions.
- Place the browned steak on top of the onions.
- Pour mushroom soup over the steak.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
- Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of baking.
