Ingredients

  • round steak or cube steak
  • 2 medium onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare the steak as for frying and brown it in a small amount of oil.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish with Pam.
  3. Cover the bottom of the dish with sliced onions.
  4. Place the browned steak on top of the onions.
  5. Pour mushroom soup over the steak.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
  7. Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of baking.
