Ingredients

  • 2 c. fresh thyme leaves
  • 3 c. fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. wine
  • 2 Tbsp. hot mustard
  • 5 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender until creamy.
  2. Marinate the steak or meat in the mixture for at least 24 hours to marry the flavors.
