Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. sherry wine
  • 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 4 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, sherry wine, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk until well mixed.
  2. Use the mixture as a marinade for steaks, chicken, or other meats, coating the meat thoroughly and refrigerating for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
