Ingredients

  • 3 c. cubed cooked chicken
  • 3 c. cream
  • 4 tsp. paprika
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • pinch of cayenne
  • 4 tsp. cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Put the chicken into the top of a double boiler with the cream, paprika, salt, white pepper, and a pinch of cayenne. Put over simmering water and cook slowly for 20 minutes.
  2. Blend cornstarch with cream and add to the chicken mixture, stirring constantly.
  3. Cook until thickened.
