Creamy, rich fudge with smooth chocolate and marshmallow flavors, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings or sharing at gatherings. Easy to customize with nuts or toppings.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1 large can milk
  • 1 large package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 pint jar Marshmallow Creme

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk.
  2. Cook the mixture until it reaches soft ball stage, testing by dropping a few drops into cold water and checking for soft balls.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine chocolate chips and Marshmallow Creme.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and pour the hot syrup over the chocolate chips and Marshmallow Creme.
  5. Gently and thoroughly mix everything together.
  6. Optional: add nuts at this stage if desired.
  7. Pour the mixture onto a marble slab or into a foil-lined pan.
  8. Let the fudge cool and set before cutting.
