Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, butter, and 1 tablespoon of sugar to form a dough.
  2. Add enough milk to the mixture to make a stiff dough similar to pie crust.
  3. Roll out the dough, place peaches on it, and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Roll up the dough with peaches inside, cut into individual dumplings, and place them in a pan.
  5. Pour dressing over the dumplings and bake or cook until golden and cooked through.
