- Mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, melted margarine, milk, and vanilla pudding until well combined.
- Set the sugar mixture aside.
- Slice each loaf of bread into 12 slices.
- Break each slice into 2 or 3 pieces and place them in a greased 10 x 13-inch pan.
- Pour half of the sugar mixture over the bread pieces in the pan.
- Repeat with the other loaf of bread, placing the pieces over the first layer.
- Pour the remaining sugar mixture over all the bread pieces in the pan.
