Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cut asparagus into 3-inch pieces.
  2. Heat salad oil in a 12-inch skillet until very hot.
  3. Add asparagus and stir quickly and frequently until evenly coated with oil.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and continue stir-frying for about 3 minutes or until tender-crisp.
  5. Serve immediately.
