Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin, cut into 2-inch strips
  • 3 green peppers, cut into fourths
  • 1 red pepper, quartered
  • 2 large onions, quartered
  • 3 medium red potatoes, sliced thick
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • lemon pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok.
  2. Brown the sirloin strips in the hot oil.
  3. Pull the beef to the sides of the wok.
  4. Add the green peppers, red pepper, onions, and red potatoes to the center of the wok.
  5. Cook the vegetables and potatoes for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Place a lid on the wok and steam for 5 to 7 minutes, depending on desired vegetable crunchiness.
  7. Season with lemon pepper, salt, and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve as is or on a bed of rice.
