Ingredients

  • 2 c. pumpkin
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 2 tsp. molasses

Instructions

  1. Blend together and pour into deep dish pie crust.
  2. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.
  3. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
