Stove Top Quick Bread
A quick and easy skillet bread with raisins, sweetened with brown sugar and cinnamon-sugar, perfect for a comforting snack or breakfast treat.

- Place a large skillet over medium heat and preheat.
- Mix biscuit mix, sugar, dry milk, brown sugar, raisins, vegetable oil or melted butter, and water until well combined.
- Turn the mixture into an 8-inch ring mold.
- Sprinkle the top with cinnamon-sugar.
- Cover the skillet and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, slightly lift the lid to let steam escape.
