Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz.) chili
  • 1 can jumbo tamales
  • 12 oz. Longhorn cheese, grated
  • 5 cups tortilla chips
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease an 11 x 14-inch baking dish or 2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Layer tortilla chips, unwrapped tamales, chili, cheese, and onions.
  3. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
