Taco Bean Dip Platter

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can refried beans
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 16 oz. can black olives
  • 2 c. chopped tomatoes
  • grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread refried beans evenly on the bottom of a cookie sheet.
  2. Mix together sour cream and taco seasoning mix.
  3. Layer the sour cream mixture on top of the beans.
  4. Add chopped onions over the layer.
  5. Top with sliced black olives.
  6. Add chopped tomatoes on top.
  7. Cover generously with grated sharp Cheddar cheese.
  8. Serve with chips.
