Instructions

  2. Add chow mein noodles, dry roasted peanuts, and shoestring potato sticks to the melted butterscotch.
  3. Stir until the ingredients are well coated with butterscotch.
  4. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper to form small stacks.
  5. Let the stacks cool and harden.
  6. Serve once cooled.
