Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs in a bowl.
  2. Slowly add flour and sugar alternately with milk and water.
  3. Then beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Beat in melted butter.
  5. Chill batter at least 1 hour.
