Ingredients

  • 16 oz. frozen whole strawberries
  • 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, slightly thawed
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 8 oz. vanilla yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the frozen strawberries to chop.
  2. Add the slightly thawed frozen orange juice concentrate and puree.
  3. Add the skim milk and vanilla yogurt, then blend until smooth.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
