Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup white flour
  • 1/3 cup brown flour
  • 2 teaspoons wheat germ
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup almonds or sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut

Instructions

  1. Beat margarine until smooth.
  2. Add 1/2 cup brown sugar and beat until fluffy.
  3. Mix in oats, white flour, brown flour, and wheat germ.
  4. Press the mixture into a 9 x 9-inch pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
