Ingredients

  • 2 pints fresh strawberries, stemmed and divided
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1.5 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • Sparkling water
  • Orange slices
  • Mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, crush 1/2 basket of strawberries with the sugar.
  2. Add wine, lemon juice, and orange juice concentrate; stir to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow pan and freeze until firm.
