Tips & Substitutions

For the best flavor, use ripe strawberries and adjust the sugar based on their sweetness. If you prefer a vegan version, substitute honey with agave syrup. You can also experiment with different citrus juices like grapefruit or lime to create unique flavor profiles. For a smoother texture, consider straining the puree before freezing.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the strawberry sorbet in chilled bowls or glasses for an elegant presentation. Garnish with fresh mint leaves or a slice of lemon for added flair. This sorbet pairs beautifully with a slice of Tommie'S Pie Crust or can be enjoyed alongside a refreshing fruit salad for a delightful dessert experience.

Storage & Reheating

Store leftover sorbet in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. To reintroduce creaminess, let it sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes before serving. This will soften the sorbet, making it easier to scoop and enjoy again.
