Ingredients

  • 1 qt. fresh strawberries, washed and coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 c. cold water, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • sugar substitute to equal 1 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine strawberries, 1/2 cup water, lemon juice and cinnamon in a small Dutch oven, stirring well; bring mixture to a boil.
