Ingredients

  • 6 fresh, ripe strawberries
  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 6 1/2 ounces chilled Perrier

Instructions

  1. Blend the strawberries and nonfat vanilla yogurt at high speed in the blender until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chilled Perrier until well combined.
  3. Optional: Freeze the mixture to make popsicles.
