Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed
  • 1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
  • 1 (16 oz.) container plain low-fat yogurt
  • 12 (3 oz.) paper cups

Instructions

  1. Drain the sweetened strawberries, reserving the liquid.
  2. Place the drained liquid in a saucepan and sprinkle with unflavored gelatin.
  3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin dissolves.
  4. In a blender, combine the strawberries, yogurt, and gelatin mixture until smooth.
  5. Place paper cups on a tray or baking pan.
  6. Fill each cup with the strawberry-yogurt mixture.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil.
  8. Insert a stick by making a slit in the foil.
  9. Freeze until firm.
