Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed ⓘ
- 1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1 (16 oz.) container plain low-fat yogurt
- 12 (3 oz.) paper cups
Instructions
- Drain the sweetened strawberries, reserving the liquid.
- Place the drained liquid in a saucepan and sprinkle with unflavored gelatin.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin dissolves.
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, yogurt, and gelatin mixture until smooth.
- Place paper cups on a tray or baking pan.
- Fill each cup with the strawberry-yogurt mixture.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Insert a stick by making a slit in the foil.
- Freeze until firm.
