Stuff With Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can French-cut green beans
  • 1 can peeled tomatoes
  • soy sauce (Chinese-style)
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 c. cooked rice

Instructions

  1. In large pan, brown ground meat and onion.
  2. Add green beans, tomatoes, soy sauce (until liquid looks brown) and water; bring to boil.
  3. Add rice; reduce heat to medium.
  4. Cover and cook 20 minutes, until rice is done.
