Instructions
- Saute onions and celery in skillet.
- Break up cornbread and mix with bread crumbs.
- Add mint and salt to bread mix.
- Add hot fish stock.
- Rub fish down with olive oil and stuff with bread mixture.
- Bake in 325° oven until brown.
