Cheese-stuffed green peppers filled with a blend of melted cheeses and onions, baked to perfection. A savory, cheesy dish perfect for gatherings and cheese lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Longhorn cheese
  • 1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup American cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 6 green peppers, untopped and gutted
  • 1 medium whole onion

Instructions

  1. Grate each type of cheese separately: Longhorn, Monterey Jack, Mozzarella, and American.
  2. Chop the medium onion finely.
  3. Stuff each green pepper with the grated cheeses, chopped onion, and the whole onion.
  4. Wrap each stuffed pepper with foil.
  5. Bake at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes or grill for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and peppers are tender.
