Ingredients

  • 6 franks
  • 2/3 cup grated cheese
  • 1 envelope instant potatoes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the instant potatoes according to the package instructions.
  2. Add grated cheese, salt, and pepper to the cooked potatoes and mix well.
  3. Steam the frankfurters until puffed.
  4. Slit each frank lengthwise and fill with the potato mixture.
  5. Bake the stuffed franks at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through and slightly browned.
