Ingredients

  • 1 peck hot peppers
  • 1 quart sugar
  • 2 tablespoons mustard seed
  • 2 bags sauerkraut

Instructions

  1. Clean hot peppers and remove seeds.
  2. Stuff the hot peppers with sauerkraut.
  3. Cook sugar, vinegar, and mustard seed until it comes to a boil.
  4. Pour the hot syrup over the packed hot peppers in jars.
  5. Cold pack the jars for 20 minutes.
