Ingredients

  • 3 large Vidalia onions
  • 1 package Stove Top stuffing or similar
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can crabmeat

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and slice them in half.
  2. Place the onion halves in a dish and cover.
  3. Microwave on high for 10 minutes or until the onions are soft.
  4. Prepare the stuffing according to the package directions.
  5. Add drained mushrooms and crabmeat to the stuffing and mix well.
  6. Mound the stuffing mixture onto the onion halves.
  7. Microwave for an additional 2 minutes or until hot through.
