- Brown and drain the ground chuck.
- Add thawed chopped broccoli and Velveeta cheese to the cooked meat.
- Stir and heat until the cheese is melted.
- Make a pocket in each pistolette roll by slicing almost all the way through and mashing the bread inside with a tablespoon.
- Pull out some bread if desired.
- Fill the pockets with the meat and cheese mixture.
