Cheesy, savory stuffed pistolettes with broccoli and ground beef, baked to golden perfection—perfect for a hearty appetizer or casual dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 package pistolette rolls
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. ground chuck

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain the ground chuck.
  2. Add thawed chopped broccoli and Velveeta cheese to the cooked meat.
  3. Stir and heat until the cheese is melted.
  4. Make a pocket in each pistolette roll by slicing almost all the way through and mashing the bread inside with a tablespoon.
  5. Pull out some bread if desired.
  6. Fill the pockets with the meat and cheese mixture.
  7. Bake at 375°F until the rolls are golden brown.
