Chocolate Chip Upside-Down Cake

Instructions
- Melt butter in microwave or on stove.
- Add brown sugar and stir well.
- Pour butter and brown sugar mixture into a well-greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Sprinkle generously with chocolate chips over the brown sugar mixture.
- Mix cake mix according to package directions.
- Pour the cake batter over the chocolate chips in the pan.
- Bake according to package directions until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the sides are pulling away from the pan.
- Remove from oven and let set for a few minutes.
- Invert the pan onto a serving dish to release the cake.
- Elevate the cake pan slightly, allowing the icing to settle on the cake.
