Stuffed Pocket Bread

Instructions
- Fry ground beef and drain.
- Saute onion and bell pepper for 5 minutes.
- Add hamburger, salt, pepper, garlic, chile powder and tomato sauce.
- Mix well.
- Saute for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Stuff pocket bread with meat and some of the shredded cheese.
- Place in baking dish.
- After all pockets are stuffed, pour remaining cheese over top and cover with foil.
- Bake in 350° oven for 25 minutes. Serve with 2 slices of cucumbers and sour cream on top of each pocket.
