Ingredients

  • 3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Press graham cracker crust into a spring-form pan.
  2. Soften the cream cheese.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Gradually add sugar, then vanilla, mixing thoroughly.
  6. Pour the mixture into the crust.
  7. Bake at 300°F for 1 hour.
