Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 small box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into a buttered, shallow casserole dish.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35 minutes.
