Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs in a large bowl at medium-high speed for 1 minute.
  2. Add sugar and beat well.
  3. Add Eagle Brand, pudding mix, and vanilla; beat well.
  4. Stir in 1 quart milk.
  5. Pour into the freezer can of a 1-gallon freezer.
  6. Add remaining milk.
  7. Freeze according to directions.
  8. Let ripen for 1 hour.
