Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. hot water
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Chop all vegetables
  2. fine. Add salt and let sit one hour. Drain well. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Mix with one cup mayonnaise. Stir in vegetables. Mix well. Add more mayonnaise if needed. Chill well.
