Ingredients

  • 1 part frozen strawberries
  • 1 part frozen blueberries
  • 1 part frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Slightly defrost the berries.
  2. Chop the defrosted berries to a coarse puree in a food processor or blender.
  3. Stir in fresh blueberries, sour cream, and white wine.
  4. Taste the mixture and add sugar or sweetener to desired sweetness.
  5. Garnish with a small amount of sweetened whipped cream before serving.
