Ingredients

  • 2 c. diced ripe peaches
  • 2 c. diced cantaloupe
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and cook at a slow boil about 1/2 hour.
  2. When thick and clear, it's done.
  3. Seal in sterilized jam jars.
  4. (Do this when jam is hot and invert the jar.) It will keep indefinitely.
  5. Makes 4 to 5 small jars.
