Instructions
- Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add green onions, nuts and garlic; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until nuts are lightly browned.
- Add rice, salt, pepper and thyme; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until ingredients are blended.
- Serve with kebabs. Makes 6 servings.
