Ingredients

  • large sliced onion
  • several peeled tomatoes
  • 6 to 8 sliced peppers
  • 1 garlic glove
  • salt

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, pour in approximately 2 tablespoons of oil.
  2. Add sliced onion and sliced garlic, and cook until the onion starts to brown.
  3. Add sliced peppers and cook until slightly tender.
  4. Add peeled tomatoes and spices, then stir to combine.
  5. Cook the mixture on low to medium heat for approximately 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish or with bread.
