Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. lemon jello
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • dash of salt
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 yellow cake mix

Instructions

  1. Dissolve jello in water and cool.
  2. Add oil, salt and extract. Beat in eggs.
  3. Add to cake mix; beat 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
