Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (i used 1/2c strawberries, 1/4c each of blueberries, blackberries and raspberries)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 5 each ice cubes

Instructions

  1. I prefer to cut up veggies and fruits before adding to the blender.
  2. Blend and enjoy!
