Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen spinach
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook spinach in well salted water until tender; drain thoroughly and mash.
  2. Mix the mashed spinach with mayonnaise, chopped green onions, and chopped parsley.
  3. Let the mixture set in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
  5. Keep refrigerated to store.
