Ingredients

  • 2 c. plain unflavored yogurt
  • 2 c. skim milk cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. toasted sesame seed
  • 1/4 c. wheat germ
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, blend yogurt and cottage cheese.
  2. Sprinkle in all spices: toasted sesame seed, wheat germ, celery salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Blend well until smooth.
  4. Salt to taste.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until serving time.
  6. Serve as a dip for vegetables.
